D.J. Foster -- I would like to restart Footbawful, but my time might be too limited. Plus, my old Footbawful co-writer just started law school. I will see what I can do.
Anonymous -- "What an offensive, homophobic, narrow-minded waste." First off, the whole comic is based both off real quotes (see the links provided at the bottom) and movie references. I'm making fun of Starbury's erratic behavior, Brendan Haywood's assertion that Starbury is gay and Starbury's over-the-top "I'm not gay" reaction. It's called satire. Relax.

What"s "homophobic" about a spot-on parody of a guy who has done and said some really wacky and feminine things at some really odd times recently? Personally, if I had read this at the NY Times I would have had to consider the very real possibillity that it was an actual word for word transscript of a Marbury monologue.
He's that deattached from social norms at times.
It seems the only "homophobia" here is yours, as you seem to be afraid of the mere mention of personal gay sexual behavior without any negative slant in an obvious attempt at comedy.
What's next? Screaming racism to a black guy for mentioning the fact that some athletes don't have an advanced command of the english language therefore aren't suitable for jobs as newscasters in the mass media?
this may have been the greatest post on 'bawful in my 8 months of reading this blog. you actually got me to stop lurking and comment. congratulations, sir. keep up the good work.

Was anyone else really pleasantly surprised at how funny Jack Black was in that movie? I figured he would be overshadowed by Ben Stiller and Robert Downey Jr, but his role was a lot funnier than Stiller's.
You said the last piece would be out Wednesday or Thursday. Now it's Friday night. Get it over with.
We are more alike then I imagined.
