CP3's version of the "crab dribble"

Just FYI, no foul was called on this play, though that shot pretty much showed all the contact there was on this play. It would have been funny if Kobe had gotten called on this play though, I don't know if I've ever seen someone foul another player using only their man region.

The Josh Smith was 0 for 6 from the free throw line. Paul Millsap was 8 for 8 from that same line.

Guess which one is currently on my fantasy bench because it took 6 hours for my work computer to get past the espn.com homepage?

(Here's a hint: I'm down by .302 in the "FT%" category.)

I'm not sure if my WotN nomination should go to The Josh Smith, espn.com, my employer, or myself. I guess we'll just consider all four options "SAD" and call it a night.

chris: I like the starting lines. I agree that Sun Yue's ballot would be stuffed. I think that Morrow lost his starting spot when he put up 37 then 25 in consecutive nights. Granted, it was early in the season and that 37 was against every lazy barber's favorite tool; but, even against a bunch of naked molerats, 37 points would be a lot of action.

Alright, so I got to lookin' at the Utah/ATL box score because, well, I've got a few of them on my fantasy team and I want to like the Hawks for some godawful reason. Anyway... here's my true Worst of the Night nomination: the Hawks.

Nah, just kidding, that's too easy.

Really, it's Jerry Sloan. Did he seriously start Boozer? Carlos "I demand more money even though Paul Millsap is obviously much better than I am right now" Boozer? Did Boozer really put up 2 points to Millsap's 16? 5 rebounds to Millsap's 12? Is Sloan going to start him again? Really?

Oh, and, chris: check out Jarron Collins' stat line. If he hadn't attempted a shot, he'd've had a 4 trillion! Do you think the Lopez twins would whoop the crap out of the Collins twins in a game of two on two? What about on the golf course?

Tony, that's almost as great by Collins as the infamous Sonny Weems last night. By NBA Boxers: 4:330000000000000, but he managed a -1 in a game that had his team average -21. So he was pretty good for being bawful in that Boston at Denver game.

(injoussi captcha? I nominate this for WotD.)

The Jazz should have traded Boozer before the deadline for a couple of solid role players.

No one wants to see him shoot his Elton Brand/Marcus Camby jumpers from the elbow when you've got a workhorse like Millsap banging on the low blocks.

This is overdue, but please please please please put Marko Jaric in worst of something... 'cause he married Adriana Lima, and crushed my dreams.

First Eva and TP, now this... err... Bawful hand over some justice!

tony.bluntana - I was in disbelief seeing that 2-point statline for Boozer...actually, no I wasn't. :p Maybe it was disbelief that the disparity between him and Millsap has become that massive, after all the early-season big talk from Carlos...

And Weems really has proven your selection into the All-Lacktion team hasn't he? That's what, two nights in the last three he's provided some non-contributory ball!

Weems proves bawful in the ASG dunk contest and then this ...

Do people still read the penultimate posts?

WEEMS! I just love it because my original desire to see him suck was entirely based on vengeance. I may have mentioned this before, but I was a huge CDR fan during draft day. I was pissed he went 40th (not anymore, since he proved why) and even more pissed that the team who picked Derek Rose picked Sonny Weems 39th. I wanted to see college teammates drafted by the same NBA team.

Then, yeah, at the dunk contest, the commentators were all talkin' about "who's this guy?" And, that dunk (even though it was Smith, not Weems) really pissed me off because it received the same 42 as Fernandez' illest of the night.

So, it's nice to see my voodoo curse working, I guess.

Tony - This has me wondering which college has produced the most lacktators in the Association at present...
