harmonism (har'-muh-nih'-zum) noun. The state or quality of being in harmony as a team or as teammates. The combination or arrangement of individual teammates into a working and successful whole; unification.

Usage example: Greg Ostertag has always lacked harmonism with his teammates, even the legendary John Stockton.

Word History: Another word-creation of Magic Johnson during a pre-game analysis on the NBA on TNT. The word was used to explain why a particular team was playing well together.
