Wednesday afternoon man love/vote request

I forgot to ask everybody to vote Basketbawful in the second round of the Basketblog Header Playoffs...but we won anyway, edging the top-seeded Fear The Beard by the slimmest of margins. I know, I know. We rock.

Basketbawful is going up against Red's Army in the Final Four. It's time for you, dear readers, to go over there and put me over the top, Sylvester Stallone-style.

Okay then. Now that I've gotten the shameless plug out of the way, here's some hand-holdin' man love, sent in by both Dan B. and Michael T. (who provided the caption.) Take a careful peek into the background. Is that the rage of jealousy I see in Mamba's grim visage...?

    My vote brings Bawful upto 56-44.

    And I do believe that is actually Mamba egging on Bynum with a "yeaaahhh booooyyy you ridin' that?"

    I'm not saying that I managed to vote twice, but I'm not denying it.

    Like Rocky we "are like a piece of iron." And much like Drago we "must break him." 'Him' being other blogs.

    In other news, it seems like every team that struggled the first night on defense, didn't really improve their overall D, they just got somebody to go out and score like the didn't the game before.

    Ray Allen, Brandon Roy, Tony Parker, will D-Wade have it in him?

    I already voted , we are up 61% to 39 so no worries .

    PS. I have been reading basket bawful since november and it is addicting. Thanks to all for contributing to it and special thanks to mr.bawful. Believe it or not , I am stuck in Pakistan and has had quite a few troubles to get proper reliable internet connection and at one time, i ended up swtiching my connection because i wasn't able to connect to google affliated website which also blocked basketbawful.

    Just thougt i share that. lol

    AnacondaHL -- I thought the same thing. Kobe seems to be quite pleased with this. Though I'm assuming it's just because he's looking forward to making gay joke after gay joke.

    Buck Nasty -- I'd actually say the other blogs are more like Drago. "He's cut! He's cut! The Russian is bleeding!"

    jj -- Do you think Mutumbo finger-wagged at the TV when he heard the announcer say that?

    Goodness Bawfulness! Not only was Al Hortford, center, the leading assist man for Atlanta (5), but they allowed Jermaine O'Neal to become a presence on the inside. I repeat: Jermaine O'Neal was a key factor to Miami's win. Can we please just get to the LAL-CLE Finals already?
